International Deliveries
Shipping rates for international orders are calculated once your address is entered at checkout. Note: For larger volumes/ orders, The 1872 Clipper Tea Co. may use a different shipping carrier. The 1872 Clipper Tea Co. will not be responsible for any tariffs, taxes or delay in delivery incurred at respective countries' custom.
How long will deliveries take to reach me?
Time in Transit:
You should receive your order between 2 to 3 working days from order confirmation. Should your delivery be scheduled late, you will receive an email informing you of this. Please note that once your order has been dispatched, you will not be able to cancel or change your order.
Note: Orders made on weekends or on Singapore Public Holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Times:
Delivery is made anytime from 9am to 9pm, Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays. Deliveries can sometimes be made outside of these hours. If you are not home during this time, we recommend arranging for delivery to your work address instead. Re-deliveries are chargeable at $8.
Undelivered packages:
If your order is returned to our company because the address entered was incorrect, package was unclaimed, or there was no one to receive the item, re-delivery is chargeable at $8.
