Most definitely. We use the latest encryption technology, SSL or Secure Server software, to ensure that your personal information is safe and protected. For example, when you order from us, information such as your name, address and credit card number is encrypted so it can’t be read as it is sent over the Internet. We also do not sell or trade your personal information to any third parties.
What payment modes do you accept?Payments are processed via PayPal, which accepts payment via a PayPal account, or direct payment via a credit or debit card if you do not have a PayPal account.
Warranty of Tea accessoriesAll tea accessories sold by NAVA are not covered by warranty unless otherwise stated. Material of accessories are also stated in the website. All items shipped out will be checked thoroughly to ensure product is free of defects.
Whenever possible, store in an air-tight container (we also have these for sale), away from sunlight, moisture and odours. Exposure to these will cause the tea to deteriorate and lose flavour. You may also wish to store them in your fridge to maintain freshness for as long as possible. However, do note that opening a bag straight from the fridge will result in condensation on the inside of the pack, which, when closed, can then affect the quality of the tea inside.
